The Unholy Trinity that Derailed Women's Health for Generations
and we're still facing the consequences
Last year, I found out something was growing inside me — stage IV endometriosis. I was shocked, but not for the reason you might think.
See, this disease affects 1 in 10 women and nearly cost me my kidney. But here's what floored me: the science that could've helped me — and millions like me — barely exists.
Instead, I was told what so many women are told... just go on birth control! Actually, first I was told to get pregnant…and keep getting pregnant. When I asked her what are the other options she slapped a prescription of birth control on me.
Since when did birth control became the go to solution for anything remotely deemed a “female problem”?
Let me put this in perspective. In the last 60 years, researchers conducted just 640 studies on menstrual blood. Semen? Over 15,000 studies. That’s nuts - literally.
Women make up half the population, yet medicine has systematically failed our reproductive health. Why?
I needed answers, so I started digging. What I uncovered wasn't just negligence — it was something even deeper going on in the system. Something that ruined 3 generations of women.
To understand how this happened we need to go back to where it all began...

To make this video we consulted with Dr. Lara Briden - a menstrual health expert. We had an incredible conversation that any person who menstruates should watch. You can watch the full video podcast conversation below!
I found mine at stage IV as well. Glad you caught it when you did 💛 the amount of times I was ignored, misdiagnosed, Dr’s canceled my ER check ups to reschedule week after week (which are mandatory within a certain timeframe of leaving the ER) before they took me seriously and said “oh you need emergency surgery today!” was crazy!
